Failure.
in my experience, this could be one of two things:
1) the image has been moved/deleted from that url
2) you hyperlinked the 'larger image' as opposed
to the smaller image (not the thumbnail)
for some reason, the larger image fails to post
whereas the smaller image posts fine
try that =)

which could either mean that your album is private,
or there are no images
